Day
01 : On arrival at Colombo transfer to the hotel . Evening a City Tour
of Colombo. The tour includes a visit to the popular Ceramics showroom and
Colombos premiere lifestyle store ODEL. Overnight stay in ColomboColombo is the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. It is a city where the old and new co-exist with high-rise modern apartments amidst colonial mansions, supermarkets amidst street bazaars and green parks amidst bustling roads. The legacies of the European rulers Portuguese, Dutch and British exist even today
Day 02 : After Breakfast proceed to Kandy en-route visit Pinnawal elephant orphanage. Arrive in Kandy and check-in at the hotel. Later a City tour of Kandy. Drive around the Kandy Lake built in 1798, town and bazaar. Visit the Arts & Crafts Center, a Gem Museum & Lapidary, Royal Botanical Gardens, the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a display of traditional Kandyan cultural dances. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Kandy was the last seat of the Sinhalese Kings before the country was annexed to the British Empire.It is a World Heritage Site, has a comfortable climate and is the home of the sacred temple of the Tooth Relic of the Buddha. Kandy is also famous for its art, crafts & ancient dance forms. The beautiful 147-acre Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya on the banks of Sri Lankas longest river Mahaweli used to be the pleasure gardens of the Sinhalese Kings.
Day 03 : After Breakfast leave for the south coast of the island and arrive at a Beach Hotel.
Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the facilities of the beach hotel.Overnight stay in Induruwa / Beruwela Beruwela & Bentota are Sri Lankas popular beach resorts offering a wide choice of excellent cuisine and facilities for water sports.
Day 04 : At leisure.Overnight stay in Induruwa / Beruwela
Day 05 : After Breakfast at leisure until time for the departure transfer to the airport.
