Day 01 : Hyderabad
Welcome and assistance on arrival at Hyderabad airport/railway station and
check into hotel. Later a half day city tour and in the evening see the
Sound & Light Show at Golconda Fort.
Hyderabad, called the Pearl City, offers a variety of
tourist attractions ranging from Heritage monuments, Lakes and Parks,
Gardens and Resorts, Museums to delectable cuisine and a delightful shopping
experience.
Charminar, Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah, the founder of
Hyderabad, built Charminar in 1591 at the centre of the original city
layout. Four graceful minarets soar to a height of 48.7 mts. above the
ground. Charminar has a mosque in it and visitors can view the architectural
splendour inside. The monument is illuminated in the evenings
Golconda Fort is one of the famous forts of India.
Golconda was originally a mud fort. The fort is famous for its acoustics,
palaces, ingenious water supply system and the famous Fateh Rahben gun.
The Sound & Light Show at Golconda Fort narrates the
glorious past of Golconda Fort with Sound and Light effects.
Hussainsagar Lake has a promenade that is a busy
thoroughfare. One of the Worlds tallest monolithic statues of the
Buddha stands on the Rock of Gibraltar, in the middle of the
lake.

Day 02 : Hyderabad
A full day city tour of Hyderabad. A visit to the Ramoji Film City, Salar
Jung Museum and Birla Mandir.
Ramoji Film City on the outskirts of Hyderbad is a dream
world created on a sprawling 1000 acre land, with every imaginable set and
location to produce any kind of a movie.
Salar Jung Museum houses one of the biggest one-man
collection of antiques of the world by Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, Salar Jung III.
The objects dart include Persian carpets, Moghal miniatures, Chinese
porcelain, Japanese lacquerware, famous statues including the Veiled Rebecca
and Marguerite and Mephistopheles, a superb collection of jade, daggers
belonging to Queen Noor Jahan and the Emperors Jahangir and Shah Jahan,
Aurangzebs sword and many other fabulous items.
Birla Mandir This white marble temple of Lord
Venkateshwara floats on the city skyline, on Kala Pahad.
Snow World is Indias 1st Snow Theme Park. The
visitors can chill out at minus 5°C and go merry with snow and have a
snow-filled fun holiday.

Day 03 : Hyderabad Srisailam by road (240
km/6 Hrs)
Morning proceed to Srisailam. On arrival check into the hotel/guest house.
Evening, visit the temple.
Srisailam Temple or the Sri Brahmarambika Mallikarjuna
Swamy Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingam shrines of Lord Shiva. The
presiding deities here are Mallikarjuna (Shiva) and Bhramaramba (Devi).

Day 04 : Srisailam
Nagarjuna Sagar Dam by road (225 km/6 Hrs)
Morning proceed to Nagarjuna Sagar Dam, on arrival check into the guest
house.
Nagarjuna Sagar Dams sheer size and magnitude leaves one with
awe and surprise. The dam is an engineering marvel. Stretching across the
river Krishna, the barrage has created one of the world's largest man-made
lake.

Day 05 : Nagarjuna
Sagar to Warangal by road (240 km/6 hrs)
Morning take a boat excursion to visit the serene Nagarjuna Konda Island
Museum on a picturesque island in the centre of the lake and then onward
journey to Warangal. On arrival at Warangal check into the hotel.
Nagarjunakonda was one of the largest and most
important Buddhist centres in South India from the second century BC until
the third century AD. Artifacts from the escavations here are carefully
preserved in the Island Museum.

Day 06 : Warangal
to Kothagudem by road (125 km
Morning, after a short tour of Warangal Fort, Bhadrakali Temple and
Thousand Pillar Temple proceed to Kothagudem.On arrival at Kothagudem check
into the hotel.
Warangal Fort has impressive and beautifully carved
thoranan arches and pillars. The main fort has 45 towers, and a temple of
mother earth in the middle of the fort (Swayam Bhudevi Alayam). A legendary
master piece known as Khush Mahal is situated close to the Warangal Fort.
Bhadrakali Temple is famous for the stone image of the
goddess with eight-arms, armed with a weapon in each hand.
Thousand Pillars Temple built by Rudra Deva in 1163 AD
in the Chalukyan style, the star-shaped, triple shrine temple is dedicated
to Shiva, Vishnu and Surya. The temple is notable for its richly carved
pillars, preformatted screens and exquisite icons, specially impressive are
the rock cut elephants and the Nandi.
Kolanupaka is famous for the 2000 years old Jain Temple.
The Jain temple is architecturally brilliant and endowed with beautifully
carved statues of the Tirthankaras.

Day 07 : Kothagudem
to Rajamundary via Bhadrachalam by road (230 kms)
Morning, visit the Bhadrachala Temple and proceed onward to Rajamundry and
on arrival check into the hotel.
Bhardrachalam Temple or Sree Seetharamachandra Swamy at
Bhadrachala isdedicated to Lord Sri Ramachandra and situated on the
banks of the sacred river Godavari. The uniqueness of the temple is that the
idol of Lord Rama has a bow in one hand along with Shanku and Chakra, an
amalgamation of two avatars - Vishnu and Rama.

Day 08 : Rajamundary
to Visakapatnam by road (200 km/5 Hrs)
Morning, proceed to Vishakapatnam. On arrival at Vishakapatnam, check into
the hotel. Rest of the day is free.
Vishakapatnam, once a small fishing village, today is a
busy port endowed with a natural harbor. Being in the midst of the Eastern
Ghats on one side and the blue waters of Bay of Bengal on the other, there
are a number of places of tourist interest, right from temples,Buddhist
sites to nature spots and beaches.
Rushikonda Beach is a picture perfect setting with
golden sands, surf and sea.
Dolphins Nose is the most prominent landmark in
Visakhapatnam. It is a single and massive hillock of more than 350 mts in
height, resembles the Dolphins nose hence the name.

Day 09 : Visakapatnam
Simhachalam Borra Caves Vishakapatnam
A full day excursion visiting the Simhachalam Temple and Borra Caves and an
option to visit Arakku Valley.
Simhachalam, the presiding deity here is Sri Varaha
Lakshminarasimha, Legend has it that the Ugra form of Narasimha as he killed
the demon Hiranyakashipu was so fierce that the image is kept covered by
sandal paste throughout the year. It is only once a year, during the
Chandana Visarjana, that the sandal paste is removed and the deity is seen
by the devotees in its real form. The Deity is sculpted in tribhanga
posture, having two hands with the head of a lion on a human torso.
Borra Caves, located 90 km from Vizag on the way to
Arakku Valley, Borra Caves house spectacular, million-year-old stalactite
and stalagmite formations. Illumination of the caves by the Tourism dept.,
turns the naturally sculpted glory into a grand visual feast.
Araku Valley is a pleasant hill station famous for its
scenic gardens with lush green nature, valleys, waterfalls and streams. The
journey to Araku valley on the Eastern Ghats with thick forest on either
sides is itself highly interesting and pleasant. The place is over 3200ft.
high with a bracing climate. The Botanical Garden at Padmapuram, Government
Silk Farm with Mulberry gardens is worth visiting.

Day 10 : Vishakapatnam
to Kakinada by road (170 km/4 hrs)
Morning, sightseeing of Vishakapatnam and proceed to Kakinada, enroute
visit the Annavaram temple. On arrival at Kakinada, check into the hotel.
Annavaram Temple or the Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana
Swamy, the presiding deity here is Lord Satyanarayana with unique form
combining the Trimurthis Viz., Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. The temple is built
to resemble a chariot and attracts innumerable pilgrims.

Day 11 : Kakinada
Draksharama Vijayawada by road (260 km/6-7 Hrs)
Morning, proceed to Vijayawada enroue visit Draksharama Temple. On arrival
at Vijaywada check into the hotel. In the Evening visit to Kanakadurga
Temple.
Draksharama or the Sri Bhimeswara Swami Temple, is
dedicated to Lord Shiva with his consort Manikyamba. The siva linga in this
temple is said to be one large crystal, which is 2.6 meters high.This place
is also known as Dakshina Kasi.
Kanakadurga Temple or Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Temple
is a well visited temple in Vijayawada enshrining the Chandi or the Durga
aspect of Shakti. The spiritual leader Aadi Sankara is believed to have
visited this shrine.

Day 12 : Vijayawada
to Tirupati by road ( 390km/8-9 Hrs)
Morning, proceed to Tirupati. On arrival at Tirupati check into the hotel.
Tirupati is known as the abode of Lord Venkateswara or
Balaji or Srinivasa as the presiding deity Vishnu is known . The hill where
the The Sri Venkateswara temple is situated is known as Tirumala,
Tirupati town is at the base of the hills. The Tirumala hills comprising of
the seven hills, is said to resemble a snake with Tirumala forming the hood.
Though there is a 20 km motorable road upto the temple, many pilgrims prefer
walking the 16 km path. The walk up the hill takes three to four hours.
Sri Venkateswara Temple, the sanctum sanctorum is
adorned by the Venkateswara idol, which stands at a height of eight feet.
The idol is believed to be self manifested The deity bears a clear
impression of Goddess Lakshmi on the right side of his chest. His two upper
arms hold a (conch-shell) sankha and (disk) a chakra each. His lower left
hand is turned inward, the palm of his lower right hand is turned outward
offering blessings. It is believed that the deity is so benevolent that he
grants the wish of anyone who offers him something.

Day 13 : Vijayawada
to Tirupati by road ( 390km/8-9 Hrs)
Morning visit the Sri Venkateshwara Temple at Tirumala, Sri Padmavathi
Temple at Trichanoor and the Sri Kalahasti Temple.
Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Sri Padmavathi is the
divine consort of Lord Venkateswara. Legends have it that a king had
performed a great yagna and when the sacrificial ground was ploughed, there
lay a lovely baby girl in a lotus. A celestial voice advised the king to
look after the child. Since the child was found in a lotus, she was named as
Padamavathi. When she grew up, Lord Venkateshwara came in search of her. The
nuptial knot between them took place on a celestial manner. Tirupati yatra
is incomplete without a visit to this temple.
Sri Kalahasti Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, with his
consort Sri Gnana Prasoonambika, is one of the most ancient temples in South
India. Lord Shiva is worshipped here in the form of Vayu Linga (one of the
